What's the best meal you've eaten in New York?
I had my first Easter dinner in New York with my neighbors at the time, who were Greek. I had the most incredible roasted leg of lamb that I have ever eaten in my life. It was worth getting chased with an eyeball for.

Which one? I think I have four right now. Mostly, I get paid to Tweet stuff and read scripts. I just got a book deal, though, so this is all going to change.

Stripping at a particularly disreputable club. RIP.

What's the last thing you saw on Broadway?
The Book of Mormon. It was hilarious.

Do you give money to panhandlers?
Whenever I am able to, yes.

What's your drink?
I like an old fashioned in this cold weather, but I'll take whatever you've got.

How often do you prepare your own meals?
More often than not. I'm an excellent cook, and the DIY approach is friendliest to my hours and my budget.

What's your favorite medication?
NyQuil. Or Adderall. I guess one to balance out the other.

What is the best thing in or about your apartment?
The front window is in the perfect place to peep into everyone's apartments through the courtyard. Also, in the spring, I grow herbs on the fire escape. But mostly, epsionage.

What's the craziest thing you've ever seen on the subway?
Once, Steve Buscemi and the girl from Jersey Shore (the mean one, I don't remember her name) were on the same car together, maybe three seats away. She looked sad. Honestly, I don't pay attention to the subway much. I have probably been exposed to much crazier and tuned it all out.

When was the last time you stayed out past 3 a.m.?
Last night, which is why this is a few minutes late. Sorry!

Which do you prefer, the old Times Square or the new Times Square?
I've never been to the old one, but I heard it was sleazy and I'm sleazy and I think I'd love it there.

What do you think of Mayor De Blasio?
I respect that he won't relent in response to the NYPD's intimidation tactics.

What do you hate most about living in New York?
Sex and the City bus tours. Maybe just Sex and the City.

If you could banish one person from New York forever, who would it be?
I was going to say Woody Allen, but I just remembered that Max Denehy hasn't returned a book I loaned him, and book thieves deserved to be banished from the planet.

When's the last time you drove a car?
I drove to Long Island to see Nine Inch Nails play last summer.

I don't need to go any farther than my noise-canceling headphones, they are a blessing. Sometimes, I take them to the library.
